GPS: "You have arrived at your destination."
ME: "I'm surprised. I haven't been here before. It's not what I expected."
I wonder if sometimes in life, we arrive at a destination we had entered into the desires of our heart and when we arrive, it's not as familiar as we had thought it would be. We may not even recognize it. There is no automated programmed voice telling us, "You have arrived at your destination."
What if right now, where you are a voice said, "You have arrived at your destination for this day."
Pause. Breathe deeply. Take a peek. Look around. Listen closely. Be curious.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What is it like?
How do you feel?
What are you thinking?
What do you learn from this "place" today?
What questions remain?
